Day 1: Bentota – Galle
Itinerary this day:

Embark on a coastal adventure as we pick you up from your hotel or airport and head towards the serene town of Bentota.

Board a traditional boat and cruise along the tranquil Madu River, a labyrinth of canals and waterways, where you’ll witness diverse ecosystems and encounter local communities.

After this serene boat trip, we’ll journey to Kosgoda, a coastal gem renowned for its turtle conservation efforts. Visit the Turtle Hatchery, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness the fascinating process of sea turtle conservation and learn about these majestic creatures.

Our next stop is the historic city of Galle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the fortified city of Galle Fort, a marvel of Dutch colonial architecture. Wander through its charming streets, discovering ancient churches, museums, and colonial-era buildings.

As the day draws to a close, we’ll return to our hotel, filled with cherished memories of our coastal adventure.

Day 2: Sinharaja – Mirissa
Itinerary this day:

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll embark on an adventure to the pristine Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This lush rainforest, one of the last remaining rainforests in Sri Lanka, is a haven for biodiversity.

As we trek through the dense forest, keep an eye out for a variety of wildlife, including colorful birds, reptiles, amphibians, and elusive mammals. The forest is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.

You can choose from three different hiking trails, ranging from a leisurely 5km walk to a more challenging 20km trek.

After our rainforest adventure, we’ll return to the hotel, rejuvenated and inspired by the natural beauty of Sinharaja.

Day 3: Whale Watching
Itinerary this day:

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll head to the vibrant coastal town of Mirissa. From here, we’ll embark on an unforgettable whale-watching adventure.

Board a sturdy boat and set sail on the open ocean, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness the majestic blue whales, the largest animals on Earth. During the November to April season, these gentle giants migrate to the warm waters off the coast of Sri Lanka.

You may also encounter other marine marvels, such as sperm whales, humpback whales, Bryde’s whales, dolphins, and even killer whales.

After this awe-inspiring experience, we’ll journey back to your hotel or airport, filled with cherished memories of our whale-watching adventure.
