Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants located at Pinnawala village. Kandy is located in a valley and in the middle of the center you will find a large lake with a small island in the middle. The city has a number of nice sights. Nuwara Eliya is known as the little England of Sri Lanka. This town was founded by a Briton during the British colonial period in the 19th century. It is often a lot cooler in Nuwara Eliya, making the region perfect for growing tea. The city is therefore surrounded by many beautiful tea plantations and has plenty of nice sights.

Next, we’ll journey to the enchanting Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden, a verdant paradise teeming with exotic flora from around the world.
Our final destination is the historic city of Kandy, where we’ll explore its cultural treasures. We’ll ascend to the Kandy viewpoint for panoramic vistas, delve into the artistry of the Batik and Silk factory, wander through the bustling Kandy market, and admire the serene beauty of Kandy Lake.

Day 2: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll embark on a scenic drive through the breathtaking Ramboda Pass. Our first stop is the awe-inspiring Ramboda Falls, cascading 109 meters down a lush hillside.
Next, we’ll ascend to the misty highlands of Labookellie, where we’ll visit the renowned Damro tea factory. We’ll witness the intricate process of tea making, from plucking the delicate leaves to the final cup of aromatic brew.
Our journey continues to the enchanting hill station of Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as “Little England.” We’ll explore the city’s charming colonial architecture, stroll through the serene Victoria Park, and admire the tranquil beauty of Gregory Lake.
After a day filled with natural wonders and cultural experiences, we’ll transport you back to your hotel or the airport.
